Last updated: 20 October 2026 Child safety standards at Po100gram 1. An adults-only service Po100gram is intended solely for people aged 18 and over. Minors are not permitted to use the service. How this is enforced: — when signing in, a person confirms they are 18 or older and accepts that their number will be banned permanently if that turns out to be untrue; — age is stated in the profile and visible to others; — moderators may require age to be confirmed with a selfie and, if the selfie is not enough, freeze the account until the matter is settled; — if an account turns out to belong to a minor, their data is deleted immediately and the phone number is added to a block list so the account cannot be recreated. 2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation Prohibited without exception and without warning: — any sexual images or videos involving minors; — text describing sexual acts with children, or requests for such material; — any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes (grooming), including under the guise of friendship or help; — sextortion; — human trafficking, recruitment, or any offer of a paid meeting to a minor; — posing as a minor or creating a profile on a child's behalf. Breaking this section means an immediate and permanent ban of the account and the phone number, preservation of evidence, and referral to law enforcement. 3. How to report From inside the app, anywhere: — the "Unsafe" button on a person's profile and in chat; — report a post, comment or photo from that item's menu; — block a person: they can no longer see you or write to you. Reports reach the moderators immediately and are handled out of turn when a child is involved. Outside the app — email support@po100gram.com. The word "child" in the subject line is enough for the message to be escalated. 4. What the moderators do — photos and videos in chats may be reviewed by moderators specifically for prohibited content, including images of minors; — automated checks flag suspicious messages for human review; — on a confirmed breach the account is banned permanently and the number goes on a block list; — material and data needed for an investigation are preserved and handed to law enforcement on request, or on our own initiative where a child is at risk; — we cooperate with the Cyber Police of Ukraine and with the competent authorities of other countries within applicable law. 5. We answer reports about a child at risk out of turn, including weekends. 6.
