Last updated: 20 October 2026 Deleting your Po100gram account You can delete your account yourself, at any time, without giving a reason and without contacting support. 1. How to delete your account in the app — Open the Po100gram app. — Go to Profile → Settings. — At the bottom of the page tap "Delete account". — Confirm. That is all: the account is deleted immediately. Nobody reviews or approves the request. 2. How to delete your account without the app Email privacy@po100gram.com asking us to delete your account and state the phone number it is registered to. We complete such requests within 30 days (usually the same day) and may ask you to confirm the number is yours. You can also do this through the Service's Telegram bot or through Profile → Support. 3. What is deleted immediately — all sessions and sign-in methods: the Telegram link, Sign in with Apple and Google. Apple access is revoked on Apple's side; — device tokens and notification subscriptions; — your avatar and profile photos; — the verification selfie and every verification request; — your pins on the map and your trips to other people's pins; — reviews, both the ones you wrote and the ones written about you. The ratings of people you reviewed are recalculated; — friends and friend requests; — collected cards and achievements; — your suggestions to the developers and your votes on other people's; — page-visit records, including IP addresses; — shared meeting photos you appear in — including those someone else submitted: such a photo shows both of you, and each of you has the right to have it removed; — your phone number is released immediately, so you can register again the same minute. 4. What stays for 3 days and is then erased for good — the profile in a "deleted" state: name, age and phone number; — conversations with other people and with support, including photos and videos from chats. Why: if a report about you has already been filed, there has to be something to review it against. After 3 days all of it is deleted permanently, together with the files. 5. What may be kept longer — your phone number on a block list, if the account was banned for breaking the rules: otherwise the ban could be bypassed by signing up again; — data we are required by law to keep (for example, to answer a law-enforcement request that has already arrived); — anonymised records that cannot be traced back to you. 6. Deleting individual data without deleting the account — profile photos and the avatar can be removed in profile settings; — feed posts can be deleted by you, together with their photos, likes and comments; — chat messages can be deleted in the chat itself; — verification can be cancelled: the selfie is erased; — location can be switched off in your phone settings, and the map will stop showing you to others; — for anything else, email privacy@po100gram.com: we will honour your GDPR request to erase or restrict processing. 7. Retention periods that apply on their own — photos and videos in chats — 7 days, then deleted automatically; — feed posts — 7 days; — the verification selfie — 90 days after the moderator's decision; — the shared meeting photo — 90 days after the moderator's decision; — profile photos — you choose the lifetime when uploading: a day, a week, a month, or as long as the account exists. 8.
