Terms of Service for the "Po100gram" service (the "Service"). The developer and operator of the Service is the "Administration".
1. General
1.1. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
1.2. The Service is a location-based platform for finding company nearby, with no guarantees regarding the identity, behavior, or intentions of other users.
2. Age of users
2.1. Only persons 18 years of age or older may use the Service.
2.2. By registering, the user confirms, at their own responsibility, that they are 18 or older.
2.3. If false age information is discovered, the account is immediately banned without warning, and the phone number is permanently blacklisted from re-registration.
3. Disclaimer regarding meetups
3.1. The Administration is not an organizer of meetups between users and does not participate in them.
3.2. The Administration is not liable for any consequences of offline meetups arranged through the Service, including harm to health, property, or life.
3.3. Alcohol consumption is a personal choice and responsibility of each user. The Service does not encourage alcohol abuse and recommends responsible consumption.
3.4. Users are advised to: meet in public places, inform someone close to them about meeting plans, and avoid consuming drinks/food of unknown origin from strangers.
4. Account verification
4.1. Selfie verification is voluntary and performed manually by a moderator.
4.2. Verification only confirms photo similarity, not the user's identity, age, or trustworthiness.
5. Reports and account freezing
5.1. Pressing the "Danger" button temporarily freezes both participants' accounts pending review by the Administration.
5.2. In case of real danger, users are advised to contact the police or emergency services immediately.
5.3. Accounts can only be unfrozen by contacting support.
6. Prohibited actions
6.1. Prohibited: promotion or sale of illegal substances, harassment, threats, fraud, spam, impersonation.
6.2. The Service is not available to users from the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, location accuracy, or the accuracy of information provided by users.
7.2. The Administration's maximum liability to a user is limited to the amount paid by that user for the Service (if any).
8. Changes to this agreement
8.1. The Administration may update this agreement, notifying users via the Service or the Telegram bot.

The Service was created independently by its developer. The developer is not liable for failures, temporary unavailability, loss or corruption of data, or other technical faults of the Service.
